American actress and entrepreneur Anna Moore has always been passionate about working in the entertainment industry.

She was raised in a legendary and lively culture of the San Francisco Bay Area, which is one of the most progressive societies in the world. Because Anna’s parents both attended UC Barley, social justice and political activism were some of the most common topics discussed with her family for as long as she can remember.

After graduating from high school, Anna started progressing her passion for acting as she enrolled in the New York University Tisch School of Arts. From there, she graduated from NYU with a double major (with Honors) and then further pursued her studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, where she studied stage craft and Shakespeare. In addition to that, Anna also studied at the International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam.

When it comes to her acting career, in 2007, she made her feature film debut by starring in Magnolia Pictures’ dramatic feature ‘The Life Before Her Eyes’ alongside famous personalities such as Uma Thurman, Evan Racheal Wood, and Eva Amurri Martino.

She was also cast in several T.V shows- ‘Criminal Minds’ and ‘Love Bites,” as well as feature films, such as ‘LA Rush’, ‘Fighting Fish’ and ‘Shit Year’. In all her works, Anna has had the chance to engage and work with A-List actors like Dylan Baker, Mike Colter, Mathew Gray Gubler, Ellen Barkin, Elijah Wood, and so many more.

Anna is the proud recipient of many awards, including the award for “Best Actress in a Feature Film” at the Domani Vision Film Festival in NYC, and “Best Feature Film” for her leading role in ‘Fighting Fish’ at the La Femme Film Festival in LA. Her achievements portray her passion and acting talents, which have been highly recognized within the entertainment industry.

As we mentioned before, Anna Moore was heavily interested in politics as much as she was in the entertainment industry. Throughout her middle school and high school years, she spent a lot of her time being involved in political groups and clubs.

As a high school student, she was awarded the title of ‘Lobbyist of the Year’ in the entire State of California during her participation in the statewide youth in government mock legislature and court program based in Sacramento, CA. The title was given to Anna for her diligent work towards advocating that private prisons and prison slave labor should be eradicated by changing the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The 13th Amendment states that slavery is illegal within the United States — unless an individual is convicted of a crime, which has always been a loophole that is being used to sustain corporate profit and mass incarceration for slave labor.

Anna is continuing to bring about even more achievements in her career — recently, she was selected as a spokesmodel for Nissan’s latest fully-electric vehicle called the Nissan Leaf. The project is a collaborative work that was designed and developed with Ava DuVernay’s feature film, ‘Wrinkle in Time’ starring Reese Witherspoon and Oprah Winfrey. Anna also had the opportunity to be featured in Nissan’s digital marketing campaign and to become a Nissan Ambassador during the Hollywood World Premier of ‘Wrinkle in Time.’
