Handling Multi-Billion Dollar Construction Projects
Landing a gig to construct an airport is good. Bagging multiple of such deals simply tells the world about your unparalleled expertise in architecture. Meet Lee Adam Harryman, the man behind the creation of Hamad International Airport.
From Fondness to Feat
Lee was born in 1968 in England. He was very fond of toy blocks during childhood, but little did his parents Wendy and Spencer knew, this fondness would soon transform into sheer love for architecture. To pursue his lifelong dream, Lee acquired a degree in architecture from the University of Leicester before he stepped into the field to conquer milestones. He has been mentioned in various renowned magazines for his work in architecture. A few of these mentions came from Doha News, DailyMail UK, and Huffington Post. Lee was also featured in ‘Man Made Marvels’ — a show on Discovery Channel where his work was showcased.
Making the Name
Lee began his career working for the CPG Group of Companies where he was set in charge of a 16 Billion Dollar project — construction of Hamad International Airport. This is, in fact, a highlight of his entire career to date. At the CPG Group, Lee was working in the capacity of Senior Vice President for the Department of Design and Management. Simultaneously, he was also playing a role as the Director of HIA Steering Committee at the Hamad International Airport.
After successfully completing this multi-billion dollar project, Lee was called upon to take over yet another prolific project. He was made in-charge of building three terminals for the Changi Airport in Singapore. Lee flew there and began working on yet another successful major project of his career.
Captivated by his true professionalism and ability to work on large-scale projects, he was called back and forth for the expansion of both the Singaporean and Qatari Airport. Once the terminals at Changi Airport was complete, he was once again made in-charge of an expansion job at Hamad International Airport. After the completion of this 10-billion dollar expansion project, Lee Adam Harryman plans on working on the construction of the fifth terminal at Changi Airport. Lee has also shown interest in building other airports across the globe.
Decades of Craftsmanship
It is fair to say that Lee’s love for architecture is complemented by his sheer skill in this area. With years of struggle and hard work, the intellectual genius has made a great name in the world of modern architecture. Speaking of his genius, Lee is also a member of MENSA — World’s largest High-IQ Society.
Lee Adam Harryman brings decades of experience in construction to the table. Serving multiple top-tier positions at one of the world’s largest construction companies allowed him to hone his skills and become one of the most in-demand architects across the globe.
