The internet is crammed with advice regarding achieving more than what we intend to during 24 hours. Most people get through the experience of losing energy for heeding their priorities which prevent them from living the quality of life they wish for. It turns out, stress can pile up on a person, and it can get increasingly difficult to get through one’s day if you consistently fail to muster up the energy.

However, as times have progressed, research has produced different ways by which a person can increase their potential and achieve more throughout the day than they normally would. Many inspirational speakers and trainers have joined hands to develop methods and construct strategies which anyone can incorporate into their lifestyles, allowing them to maximise their potential and be able to achieve more on any given day.

A remarkable example of a trainer and speaker who has taught people on the very subject of maximising human potential remains Tony Jeton Selimi. Tony is famously known as a co-creator of Living My Illusion real-life coaching documentary series, a public speaker and a best-selling author who has bagged many awards for his work and went from living homeless to a global educator on a mission to inspire positive action in the lives of one billion people.

He is considered as the pioneer of strategies which allow a human to break free from his or her barriers and achieve greater success. Tony amasses over 30 years of experience in the industry, finding his way through numerous challenges. He has also been a technologist. Today, Tony is seen traveling around the world providing answers to questions and gives practical solutions to life’s challenges in one to one consultations, talks, workshops, corporate training, mastermind groups, Vital Planning for Elevated Living retreat (https://tonyselimi.com/vital-planning-retreat/), articles, documentaries and films, as well as through regular contributions to diverse media outlets, high-profile blogs, TV programmes, podcasts, YouTube Videos, Books, Udemy online courses and downloads of his TJS Evolutionary Meditation Solutions™.

Every person he consults, he lives them feeling inspired and empowered to discover the true potential within them. He also helps them address their personal, professional and business problems healthily and effectively.

With that being said, here are some thoughts on how anyone can increase their potential daily:

Reading — A habit of reading can change a person for the better. Not just the content of a book but the practice of picking up a book and reading it can have a lot of mental benefits. First, it would allow you to fuel your imagination, distract you from the world around you as well as help you sleep better at night. It also improves your focus and ability to persevere due to the concentration with which a person reads a book. One of my favourite books is The Book Excellence Winner #Loneliness (http://bit.ly/LonelinessKindle ) where, throughout the book, you will be taken on an illuminating heart journey that nurtures your mind and grows your soul.

Exercise — Regularly exercising can help a person prevent different kinds of physical and mental problems. Weight lifting, running and yoga are a few of the physical exercises which are highly endorsed by medical practitioners. Besides, mindfulness exercises are also an excellent combination to go with your workout routine. Simply five to ten minutes of meditation daily can have a positive impact on your body and mind. Doing the important task first — We tend to get some satisfaction when we get done with the most important task first thing on a day. This is because it gives us confidence and our brain releases endorphins from the contentment of having completed the most vital tasks of the day. This helps us carry on with our day in a much better and seamless manner.

De-cluttering — Since we are surrounded by technology, it can take a serious toll on us. Therefore, it is vital for everyone to declutter themselves from the digital world by spending some time out in the real world away from techs like mobile phones, or laptops, etc.
