Cancer is a disease that has claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. It has caused medical professionals to become determined to eradicate this disease. A lot of advancements have been made towards curing cancer, and now with advanced treatment methods, humankind is moving closer towards a possibility of eliminating this disease. Over the past 40 years, survival rates of cancer patients have improved significantly. This has been possible because of improved understanding of the problem itself.

In layman terms, cancer is an accumulation of harmful cells where they combine to a dangerous number and replicate themselves at abnormal rates. This leads to the formation of tumors which cause harm. While this is just a simple explanation, the reality is way far more complex and worse. When it comes to curing the patients, the disease behaves differently in every individual. That is where it gets difficult to understand cancer. Depending upon age, a victim’s health status and environmental conditions, the behavior of the disease is different. It is also the reason why some patients are cured successfully while others fall victim to the disease.

Even though the situation is tough, the reason why we have progressed so far in the battle against cancer is molecular oncology. Understanding the disease is the most crucial factor when it comes to curing it. The analogy is simple; the better you know the enemy, the easier it would be for you to defeat it. Similarly, with medical advancements, we now have a detailed understanding of the causes. Dedicated efforts have been put in by people like Dr. Bandar A. Suliman who have made remarkable and globally acknowledged contributions in the field of molecular oncology. He has been the pioneer of introducing numerous medical facilities and has taken an initiative to launch a specialized center to offer in the field of molecular DNA testing and genetic analysis.

Dr. Bandar A. Suliman has helped the field to have a better understanding of the disease. His work has been a source of enlightenment for doctors in the field and has been the basis for development for other medical professionals. Serious and dedicated efforts of Dr. Suliman and the likes of him have brought us far in the journey of battling against cancer. The only way the disease can be eliminated is through a detailed understanding; otherwise, it would just be a waste of effort and time. Molecular oncology is the answer for cancer eradication, and this is the only way that can make the world a happy and healthy place to live.
